Good Installer

"I have had bad experiences with prior car alarms with my other vehicles so I was determined to find a good installer and alarm this time.

I was greeted immediately when I walked in the store.  I explained to Mr. Kim my needs and he gave me several options.  So, I had them installed a Viper car alarm and an Alpine pull-down screen with a DVD player on my van. 

The installation was very well done.  I love the fact that the installer gave me his opinion and options on what how he usually installed DVD players to make it look nice.  After the installation, they reviewed all the features that were on the alarm and DVD player.

I was so satisfied with the installation, I took another vehicle to get the crappy alarm replaced that stopped working correctly after 2 years of installation at another place.

TIP: They are very busy on Saturdays, so the best time to come is during the weekd"
